This is new packaging (or at least it's the first time I've noticed it) on the very good 80 calorie 6 sugar gram Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt. I started eating this as part of my lunch "The FitBit Way" nine months ago. Since that time I have lost around fifteen pounds, I should be happy.
But I am not.
Now, after all this time Dannon suggests I add my own toppings.
Should I add blueberries? Or sprinkles?
What about crushed fruit loops?
And what about this new packaging.
The contents still weigh 150g or 5.3ozs. So if we now have 'room for topping' this means the packaging must be larger which means more waste.
I should be buying great big containers of this yogurt but I am too lazy to portion it out everyday.
And I am having a hard time eating Greek Yogurt and not thinking about the crisis in Greece.
You know what...the Hell with the maybe extra packaging in the yogurt.
I buy 97% Biodegradable K-cups for my coffee maker.
I use 3 or 4 each day.
Then I toss them in a garbage bag made of plastic.
