Chuck, it is disappointing when a video will not show on an e-mail update. My blogs are the same way. If you go to the video on YouTube, right under the description there is a "share". Click on that and it will give you the link to add to your blog post. That way you don't have to tell someone to go search YouTube. Also under share you can get the embedding code to embed in the blog (which is what I think you did for it to view here).
