Alaska Part 16.....

Or.....the end of the cruise, the beginning of Disneyland?

Wanda and I are talking about going down to Disneyland, maybe. We haven't been there in a few years. There have been several new things added and we would love to see Cars Land. Right now a trip is in the early, early, stages of discussion. If we do go it will most certainly be before Easter.

Today I'll wrap up a few things. I'm also going to post some pictures. I suggest you click on the first one to enlarge it and look at them that way. They are Star Princess from a different, but recent, cruise. They are better than any I took this time. I wanted you to see the ship.

THE MAZE : According to the link there is an observation terrace where the "less adventurous" may view the maze. I wish I had seen it before I went in. I could have watched Wanda wander.....ha ha ha, Wanda Wander.....and yelled directions to her. Alas, I did not see this terrace. Only thinking, this will be fun, we plunged ahead into the first section of this terror to be.

Have you ever had an M.R.I? In less than five minutes the green walls began to close in on me. I thought we would soon be reduced to emaciated bodies crawling on all fours begging for food and drink. At one point I stood on a bench, was able to over the maze, but had no idea where the beginning or end was located. Eventually, and I have no idea how, Wanda found a way out.

I hope I never find myself in another, it was not fun, at all.

I gained less than a pound on the cruise. I have since taken it off.

Dimmers on the bedside lamps would be nice.

The second night on Star I spent ten minutes watching a distant ship at sea. When I put my glasses on I realized I'd been watching the balcony railing.

Over the course of the trip we traveled 881 miles by train, 3,448 miles by ship, and 7.25 miles by taxi. We had a great time and a lot of fun. It was a wonderful experience.
