Alaska Cruise Part 12 1/2....a little extra

When I finish the cruise blog I'm sure I'll have forgotten some things. So, now, while I'm thinking about it, here are a few of them.

An example of how fast the weather at sea can change. We were watching the beautiful sunset, fifteen minutes later we were shrouded in fog.

I understand why this raised section was installed in the bathroom entryway. But, it was an accident waiting to happen. The first few hours in the cabin both of us made bathroom exits worthy of "Dancing With The Stars." I did a sort of stumbling cha-cha while Wanda did a nice tango. We determined keeping the door shut at all times would remind us the lip was there, and it did.

I don't know why this made me nuts? I have been taking showers all by myself (unless very lucky) since I was around twelve. Look at the blue and red icons., my thumb is just over the red one. Don't they look like arrows? Turn to the right for hot water, except the cold icon is on the right. I think you'll get my drift. I never did figure this out. I just got in when the water temp felt right.

Just a F.Y.I. if you ever find yourself in a Window Suite.

I also forgot to tell you about Andi and the top sheet. The beds were made with a bottom sheet and a duvet. She asked Orlando to put a top sheet on the bed and he did. He put it on top of the duvet.

A picture of the elevator floor in the Pan Pacific. Now I can't remember if there are three or six elevators? Either way, just in case you forgot what day it was the carpet would remind you.

And a few pictures from the hotel.

OK....so I'm a bit of a slob, the jeans are mine. And one of our 'view.'

I hope you have been enjoying the cruise. Stay tuned next week for the beginning of the end.....Chuck
