Monday Evening

It's me again,

Wanted to pass this along. I am currently at Fred's place. We just got off the phone. As best as I can understand this: there was a concern about his blood pressure today, it was low. He has been taking a medication that will need to be adjusted. He also had a blood draw this afternoon that returned results listing some of his blood chemistry as "other than normal" values. Please do not read anything into this as I think they are just touching all the bases prior to his discharge. I THINK they may want to give him some IV fluids tonight to further check his kidney functions. There may be a change in tomorrows discharge and I wanted you all to know just in case they decide to keep him another day or so.

I will be staying here tonight and going to the hospital tomorrow morning whatever the plan.

I did manage to find the Hershey syrup and spent ninety bucks at the grocery store. Fred's fridge is now in shock as it has eggs, milk, butter, salad, fish, fruit, cheese, jelly, mayo and lunch meat in it, some of this probably for the first time, ever. I do not want to cast dispersions on my brothers cooking,but really, it is pretty bad. If not for the microwave, the BBQ, and Aunt Lee and Adele he would eat all his meals out. Having said that, I'm tired and will be going out for dinner myself.

I should be back here by 7, feel free to call here at the house 1-248-652-1855. I will either be watching "Casablanca" on Turner Classic Movies or the football game on ESPN. In either case I can tear myself away to talk for a bit.
